Elderberry Oxymel - The Ephemeral Collection
Oxymels quite literally translate to “honey & acid” - using apple cider vinegar and honey to extract various herbs and plants. Infused for over a month, each of our fall oxymels are crafted with farmer-sourced and home-grown ingredients.
Our elderberry oxymel is made with Midwest grown elderberries and fresh ginger infused in organic apple cider vinegar and Fat Head Farm’s raw honey. It’s tangy and subtly sweet, initially in small portions as a sipping vinegar, paired with a light oil for a salad dressing or with seltzer for a tonic drink!
The Ephemeral Collection features ultra-small-batch experimental recipes aimed at capturing the ever-changing flavors of the seasons. As such, they are available while supplies last.
