Handwoven in East Parlor’s home studio in Omaha, Nebraska on a 4 shaft loom, each dishtowel is woven with a blend of 100% hemp for the warp and 100% cotton for the weft and is hemmed on both ends for a nice clean finish.

The unique blend and balance of sustainable fibers offers an excellent amount of absorbency whether you are wiping dishes or cleaning up a spill. Besides being highly absorbent, hemp has some other important characteristics: it stronger than cotton, it resists bacterial growth, becomes softer the more you wash and use, and it is hypoallergenic!
